Towns Fund Refurbishments
Take a look at our most recent refurbishments in Stapleford, Kirkby in Ashfield and Sutton in Ashfield libraries, made possible by the Government's Towns Fund.
In recent years our partners at Nottinghamshire County Council have supported minor and major library transformations across the county. Below are some of the refurbishments showing libraries before and after transformation.
Smaller improvements have been made to layouts, furniture and shelving, heating, lighting and flooring as well as redecoration. Major refurbishments include complete overhauls of library infrastuctres including redesign of public, learning, exhibition and meeting spaces. Investment has been made in new furniture and decoration as well as improving accessibilty and efficiency.
