Inspiring Better Health: Health Information Week 2025 events

Health Information Week is taking place from 20 - 26 January 2025.

We are joining in to inspire better health and promote easy access to high-quality health information which can have a huge impact on staying healthy and managing illness effectively, giving a better quality of life. 

We'll be offering plenty of activities over the course of the week to help you look after yourself and your health. All events free unless stated otherwise.

Ey up, Eastwood!

BBC Radio Nottingham's Breakfast Show is coming to your local library! Join us for an early morning cuppa, and share your positive stories about local events and activities. Chat with radio host Verity Cowely and her team, and help us celebrate the wonderful community of Eastwood.

Complimentary tea and coffee will be available, plus take the chance to explore our range of wellbeing resources and NEW Health Hub.
