Arnold Library is delighted to be hosting a series of relaxed screenings of films and musicals.

This is the film poster. It shows the main character Roz sitting at a camfire in a forest. They are holding a gosling in their hand. A friendly fox is also sitting with them.

The Wild Robot

Follow the journey of robot—ROZZUM unit 7134, “Roz” for short — that is shipwrecked on an uninhabited island and must learn to adapt to the harsh surroundings, gradually building relationships with the animals on the island and becoming the adoptive parent of an orphaned gosling.

This DreamWorks Animation is a new adaptation of Peter Brown's beloved bestselling picture book, The Wild Robot.

This relaxed screening is particularly suitable for neurodivergent families but anyone is welcome. Please feel free to talk, sing and move during the screening.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the screening. We will be sensitive to the audience when it comes to lighting and volume. A quiet space for anyone needing a brief break from the film will be available in the main library.  Access to the meeting room is via stairs or a lift from the ground floor.

If you have any additional requirements or questions before booking please contact ask@inspireculture.org.uk
