Take time to breathe, move and explore your place in the natural world. A series of 4 outdoor sessions to inspire and connect mind and body.

Part of Kirkby Library's Places to Connect programme, funded by Libraries Connected and Natural England.

Join Oxygen Advantage coach Dan Hussey out in the winter air to explore how our breath brings together the mind and body. Practise breathing techniques to help address stress, aid rest and relaxation, and improve physical health. Move your body using the principles of Qigong, connecting with the natural world and taking time to focus and find balance.
