New Perspectives Theatre Company Open Pitch presents ‘A Life In The Day Of A Pretend Lighthouse Keeper’ by Bob Sea-Dog. Film by Ian Dearman

The Old Library, Mansfield, Mansfield

Date
Time -
Venue The Old Library, Mansfield

The Pretend Lighthouse Keeper lives alone in his pretend lighthouse. He claims the local "forities" won't let him have a bulb - it's a distraction to passing shipping! His daily pretend patrols of the local pretend coastline oft' turn up great and bizarre finds. Some useful, most not, but all inspiring...

Enter a world of pretend sea views, full of doodles and recycled materials - mostly RNLI tea boxes -  where even the worst pretend gags aren’t wasted! Other than living largely on tea & crumpets, what is real and what is pretend...and ultimately ...does it matter?
