Explore a local nature site, led by an expert guide. Discover ecosystems and wonder at the living world as you walk in Kirkby's habitats.

As part of Kirkby Library's Places to Connect programme, funded by Libraries Connected and Natural England, Andy from Ecologic will lead a series of walks starting from and returning to the library, taking in some of Kirkby's protected natural environments. Stretch your legs as you identify the plants and creatures that thrive in Kirkby's pockets of nature.

Earlier walks will take place on Saturday 8th February and Monday 24th February.
