Join us for a family festival of spring surprises, including crafts, storytelling and nature-inspired activities.
As part of Kirkby Library's Places to Connect programme, funded by Libraries Connected and Natural England, we invite you to celebrate the world in springtime. The spring equinox marks the time in the year when days become longer than nights and we can see the natural world awakening with colour and life.
Come along to the library to marvel at nature's transformation into warmth and light.
- Join the insect hunt in the library garden to find out what creatures have returned after winter
- Hear Beccy from Story Trails tell tales of springtime throughout the morning
- Drop in to take part in family crafts with the Inspire Learning team
- Enjoy some fruity spring flavours
An event for all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
