Our online Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring will develop your transformational skills and knowledge, providing a trusted framework for applying these in the workplace. 

From managers just starting to use coaching, right through to senior mentors and executive coaches expected to coach and mentor in their existing role, this course combines rigorous underpinning theory with extensive hands-on experience, to develop rounded coaches and mentors with practical expertise.

This course will help you boost and develop the skills and knowledge needed to progress your career in this field.

The course covers:

• Understanding different coaching and mentoring models.
• Development of practical skills and tools to support these models.
• Using new practical skills to deliver mentoring and coaching.
• Reflection and planning to improve coaching and mentoring skills.

This is an online course and you'll need to have a laptop, or computer, and access to the internet so you can attend the live classes via Zoom.

You will need to attend every session and hold 1 to 1's with your tutor after the delivered sessions are completed whilst collecting evidence to complete your portfolio.

To achieve this qualification learners will be required to complete 2 mandatory units along with 2 pre-selected optional units.

In order to complete the units, you should have access to at least one individual who you will use as your case study when applying theory to practice.
