This NCFE Level 3 Certificate will allow you to gain knowledge and skills of the traditional practices used in UX/UI design industry sectors. On completion of the qualification, you will be able to progress onto further study or seek employment as an entry level UX/UI Designer in a UX/UI design company.
The course will cover skills and knowledge related to User Experience and User Interface. It comprises 6 mandatory units:
Introduction to user experience (UX)
The user-centred design (UCD) process
User research
User experience (UX) design

By the end of the course, you will understand the concept of user experience and user interface. You will implement your knowledge in user experience to create a UX portfolio on a case study of your choice using no-code web builder.
In the course, we use the following technical tools: Figma, Miro, Notion, InVision, Canva, Wix/WordPress.
There are no formal pre-requisites for this course, but a Level 2 IT qualification or some basic knowledge of coding or web design would be an advantage.
