High Pavement Learning Centre

We are thrilled to announce that Inspire College Eastbourne House, Sutton-in-Ashfield, will be relocating to High Pavement House, Sutton-in-Ashfield, from September 2024.

This new state of the art learning centre will offer a variety of courses for young people, including:

• City & Guilds Health and Social Care Level 1 and Level 2
• Aim Awards in Construction 
• Aim Awards in Joinery
• City & Guilds Hospitality Level 1  and Level 2, 
• Maths and English GCSE resits and Functional Skills
• Aim Awards in Employability and Personal and Social Development

Our adult learning offer is expanding too! We're introducing courses for people to socialise, and have fun whilst learning something new. People will be able to improve their health and wellbeing, and employability, whether that’s building confidence with numbers, digital and IT, cooking skills or crafts. 

Inpire’s new learning centre is conveniently located close to Sutton town centre and Inspire’s Sutton-in-Ashfield Library, making it easily accessible. Ashfield District Council, with funding from the Government’s Towns Fund, acquired and refurbished the building to provide a top-tier educational environment. 

Inspire has further invested in kitchen refitting, ICT infrastructure, furniture and soft furnishings to ensure a comfortable, productive learning space that creates a vibrant and supportive setting for the young people of Ashfield to thrive.

Join us for our Open Day at High Pavement House on Friday 23 August 2024, 10 am until 3 pm. 

The fun starts at Sutton-in-Ashfield Library where you can meet our friendly library and learning team, before you set off on a journey of discovery along our trail, following clues until you reach our brand new centre. You’ll receive a warm welcome from our college and adult learning tutors who will be pleased to show you around. You’ll be able to take part in free activities, book onto courses, enrol into college and more! Simply drop in or join our trail, no booking needed.
