This qualification is designed for learners who want the knowledge and understanding required to successfully lead a team.
This will focus on the study of leading a team in a business environment.
Qualification objectives
While completing this qualification, learners may develop the knowledge, understanding and essential skills employers look for in employees. These range from familiar ‘key skills’, such as team working, independent learning and problem solving, to more tricky-to-measure skills, such as:
To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully complete 3 mandatory units and 5 optional units, these optional units will be pre-selected by the tutor.
PLEASE NOTE:
Delivery of course content will be on Saturdays 10am -1pm, support sessions/tutorials will follow on straight after 1:00pm -2:30pm.
As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. The link for you to join the live sessions will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.
To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
1) FREE - if you earn less than £25,000 gross salary or are on a means-tested benefit.
2) PAYMENT HELP AVAILABLE - if you earn more than £25,000 (annual gross salary) but are on a low-income, we might be able to help pay part or all of your course fees. Email: learning@inspireculture.org.uk for an application form or if you have any questions.
3) CO-FUNDED - if you are on a higher-income, the government will pay approximately half of your course fees.
