About this course

This follow-on course will build upon the knowledge you have gained in the Crochet for Beginners course.  You must have a basic knowledge of how to crochet simple stitches.  You will work towards creating a variety of different projects such as bowls, tissue box covers, bags, doilies and much more.   

By the end of this course, you will show secure knowledge of how to perform a variety of different crochet stitches.  You will be able to identify the difference between UK and US terminology and be able to competently convert hook sizes between metric, UK and US measurements. 

As this is a follow on from the beginner’s class Learners must have some skills in performing crochet stitches, this is not a beginner’s course.

Resources required:-

  • A drink – water or juice
  • Notebook and pen
  • Crochet Hook - Size 4/4.5/or 5 and yarn/wool
