About this course

This free introduction session at our new High Pavement Building in Sutton in Ashfield is for complete beginners looking to explore crochet.  You will work crochet hook first steps using yarn to create a chain of stitches which is the foundation of crochet

What will be covered on the course?  

  • How to hold a Crochet hook and yarn/wool. 
  • How to perform basic crochet stitches, such as single crochet, and an understanding of the different terminology used for English and American Crochet stitches. 
  • Crochet Hook Sizes Conversion for Metric, US & UK. 

Learners do not have to have any experience as this is a complete beginner’s course.

You will need:

  • Crochet hook size 4/4.5/5 and yarn/wool

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
