An ideal course for those with osteopenia (the stage before osteoporosis) and osteoporosis. You will be introduced to introduce Yoga's gentle, low impact movements. The course is also suitable for those with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis often experienced alongside osteoporosis.

Please inform the teacher of any ailments, e.g. back trouble, blood pressure etc. There is a confidential health questionnaire available for this.

Always practise gently - there isn't any strain in yoga and no competition.
