Spanish Intermediate - Part 1 - Online Course - Adult Learning - 18:00-20:00

About this course

This course will be looking at some prior topics (from Spanish for Beginners) but in more detail, using more vocabulary and more complex grammar.  It will give learners the opportunity to have more independent conversations and practice more complex vocabulary and grammar structures.   

By attending this course, you will be able to talk about general topics using verbs in present, past and future tenses.  You will also be able to describe objects, events and actions. The below topics will be an extension of the basic vocabulary and grammar used in Spanish for beginners: 

- Make invitations 

- Make suggestions 

- State preferences 

- Express likes and dislikes 

- Describe your job 

- Discuss working conditions 

- Refer to past events and how long ago something happened 

- Make detailed enquires 

To participate in this course, you should have a good knowledge of basic Spanish in topics such as: greetings, directions, shopping, accommodation and hobbies.

Learners should bring an English - Spanish dictionary and notebook for taking notes. 

As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course.  The link for you to join the live sessions will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
