By attending this course, you will be able to understand and converse in Spanish using the context and vocabulary learnt in this third part of the course. The grammar and vocabulary will be basic but starting to construct more complex conversations.
You will need to have some basic Spanish knowledge, including how to pronounce consonants and basic grammar, and to be able to construct sentences. This third part of the course is the continuation of 24 weeks (about 6 months) for total beginners and therefore you should have done the basic vocabulary and conversations at beginners’ level. The entry level for this third term should be a good basic knowledge of greetings, shopping, directions, general information and basic grammatical points (present tense and verbs such as ser and estar).
Topics that we will cover within this course include:
• The weather
• Hobbies and sports
• In the pharmacy
• Going to the doctor and hospital
• At the airport
• Travelling and booking accommodation
