About this course

Reiki Level 2 Shoden is the traditional Japanese Reiki and follows on from the level one course.   Using the first, second and third symbol and mantra you will connect using meditation.  You will use variations of Reiki techniques and start to use meditation and mindfulness within Reiki. At this level you become skilled in setting up a Reiki business. 


By the end of the course you will be able to: 

  • Copy Symbol 1 and repeat over the next week with mantra 1. 
  • Write symbol 2 and perform with mantra 2 
  • Complete symbol 3 and use with mantra 3 
  • Formulate ways of working Reiki through distance and measure how this works using paired work 
  • Develop a meditation practice and review which works best for you personally 
  • Practice Reiki in pairs and plan mudras into meditation practice 

Resources required by attendees:

  • Please dress in loose comfortable clothing. 
  • You may want to bring a blanket or jumper as temperature may drop during meditation 
  • Bottle of water 
  • Pen and paper for notes

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
