Reiki is the practice of using energy to heal and relax. This course will introduce you to the five principles of Reiki and the many benefits that it can have on health and wellbeing. You will look at how to create a ball of energy, be attuned to Reiki at Level 1 and know how to perform a Reiki healing session on yourself and others.
Throughout the course, we will look at the concepts of Reiki, different hand positions to use, balancing the chakras and how to use various tools to complement the practice. We will also look at the possible benefits and reactions to a Reiki session and explore pathways to developing your practice into a business. This course is for absolute beginners to the practice.
