This is an excellent course to improve your own and other people’s general wellbeing. We are currently seeing unprecedented levels of psychological distress. People need advice, help and support. Learn techniques to manage your own and others anxiety, build confidence, identify barriers and goals. Learn Life coaching skills to coach yourself and others to achieve identified goals. Use learnt skills to make an action plan back into employment, career change, volunteering or starting your own business.
What will be covered on the course? What will be taught to learners?
This training covers topics including – Anxiety Management, Self-Awareness, Self-Care, Confidence building, Life coaching, Setting and achieving goals, action plan motivation and progression advice
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
Learnt skills to help self and others to improve their general wellbeing, overcome barriers, identify and achieve goals. Improved own personal development and learnt skills and techniques to coach self and others. Have gained clarity and knowledge of self and have action plan to move forward and achieve identified goals. Will have progression plan leading to for example Higher education, Volunteering, Employment, Career change or Business start-up.
As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. Zoom will be used for the live sessions and the link will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
