Unleash your creativity and find inner peace with our Painting and Mindfulness for Beginners course. Designed for those new to both painting and mindfulness, the course offers a unique blend of artistic expression and meditative practices.
Over a series of engaging, hands-on sessions, you will learn foundational painting techniques while also exploring mindfulness exercises to help you stay present and relaxed.
No prior experience is needed – just bring your curiosity and an open mind. Join us to create beautiful artwork and cultivate a sense of calm and well being.
By the end of this course, you will have created a painting that reflect your unique artistic voice and a newfound confidence in your ability to create a painting with a contemporary flair. Learners will complete at least one work on canvas.
