About this course

Within this workshop, you will learn how to make the budget friendly 'Overnight Oats', a healthy breakfast or snack!


We will look at different recipes and follow the instructions to weigh and measure the ingredients to make our very own Overnight Oats.


Throughout the session, we will look at the East Well Plate and look at food categories.  We will explore different ingredient options and how to add extra fibre and protein to our breakfasts through adding chia seeds and 0% Greek yogurt.


Resources required:

  • Oats
  • Ingredients that you would like to include such as: honey, chocolate spread, maple syrup, fresh fruit such as raspberries or blueberries or frozen options
  • Milk alternatives; oat drink, coconut drink, almond drink
  • Chia seeds
  • 0% Greek yogurt
  • A jar/container with a tight fastening lid to transport the Overnight Oats home.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
