The aims of the course are to gently introduce learners to the art of origami.
Starting in the first session with simple models of a penguin and swan we will progress in the second week to fold a box and frog and in the third session we will fold a traditional flapping bird. These models use many basic origami folds.
The models selected are designed to be progressively more challenging to stretch and develop the learner’s paper folding skills.
Learners will be provided with video recordings they can follow after the sessions to enable them to practice folding and achieve a successful outcome.
