You will be able to experiment with watercolours and practice techniques, developing an understanding of creating perspective in painting and some drawing techniques. Overall you will develop the confidence to freely express your view of Sherwood Forest in postcard paintings.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand use of watercolour pallet and correct paper.
  • Demonstrate 4 watercolour techniques.
  • Evaluate how to create perspective in drawing and painting.
  • Focus on the natural forms of Sherwood Forest, using watercolour medium.
  • Develop confidence to approach larger painting projects.

Please bring your own paints if you have them.
