This introduction explains what Mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into your own life. Through discussions, activities, and guided meditations, you will learn how to be more aware of how to live in the present moment. Mindfulness has been proven to be greatly beneficial for our health and Well-Being, it will help with your own self-esteem, showing you ways of how to relax, having a clearer mind and is significantly beneficial for stress relief, covering the 5 senses – Sight-Taste-Hearing-Touch-Smell, linked to how we use our brains to process and learn.
By participating in this course, you will learn how to be more mindful in our thoughts, actions and everyday activities and how to incorporate it into your own life. You will be aware of how to live in the present moment, how to relax, have a clearer mind to focus and how to reduce stress and anxiety. We will also explore how we use our brains to process and learn.
