Raise self-awareness to what Anxiety is and understand the benefits of Mindfulness and Relaxation. Explore different ideas for relaxation and bring wellbeing and self-care into our daily lives. Understand and practice different types of relaxation exercises and take away a toolkit of ways to bring relaxation into our lives to increase wellbeing and better manage anxiety and stress.
By the end of the course, you will have learned skills to help self and others to improve their general wellbeing. Have knowledge of Mindfulness and other Relaxation ideas and exercises and understand their benefits. You will take away a toolkit of ways to bring relaxation into our lives to increase wellbeing and better manage anxiety and stress. You will also gain clarity and knowledge of this subject if considering working in this much needed area and be aware of progression routes and other work-related opportunities.
As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. The link for you to join the live sessions will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
