About this course

Come along to this interactive course in which we will explore different meditation techniques, 


breathing techniques and energy exercises to aid a better night's sleep. This Course is designed to give you lots of techniques to explore for a better sleep pattern. 


By the end of the course, you will: 

  • Follow Sleep Guided Meditations and Focus the Ayurvedic sleep cycle times 
  • Review Breathing techniques and build a relaxing bedroom space using Feng Shui Tips 
  • Use Energy Exercises to relax the body and apply them nightly to suit your mood 
  • Compare different types of relaxation music and test different meditations 
  • Assess the use of different Essential oils before bedtime and review nightly 
  • Develop a meditation practice before bedtime and Modify as needs change 

No Past experience in Meditation required, just an interest to learn or expand on Meditation, Breathwork and Energy Exercises.


Also great for anyone who has learnt Meditation before and stopped practicing.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).  As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
