Meditation for Inner Peace is for anyone who wishes to learn and understand aspects of meditation and start working with mudras in daily life. Great to work alongside any Reiki or Yoga practice, this course is suitable for all.
We will explore the different Mudras (hand positions) and how they deepen a Meditation practice and learn how Mudra's work with the elements and Meridian system to aid inner peace.
No experience is necessary, this course is great for anyone with an interest in Meditation or anyone looking to deepen their meditation practice.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
