Building on prior knowledge and skills, this course will enable you to develop a deeper knowledge of what external factors help promote and make meditation easier. You will learn how to use different techniques such as how to use writing to put your own thoughts and feelings on paper in a non-judgmental way and how to use chakras, sounds, colour and crystals. We will explore ways to be more positive in your thinking, covering the 7 Steps to make the Law of Attraction work for you, making your own positivity cards to use as affirmations to meditate on and experience guided meditations. We will also build awareness of a variety of tools to meditate at an empowering level and experience guided meditations.
By the end of the course learners will have a deeper knowledge of what external factors help to promote and make meditation easier. You will be able to show understanding of how to use a variety of techniques and how these can influence meditation, with the use and understanding of chakras, sounds, crystals, and how to use the law of attraction. You will be able to apply different meditation techniques and show an understanding of how to use them in different situations and circumstances.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
