This course aims to provide participants with a sound introduction to the concepts of Life Coaching. The course is a starting point for anyone wishing to begin coaching 1 to 1 clients, or group coaching sessions. The course will help you to develop both personally & professionally & enable you to have a good understanding of what Coaching is and is not. Giving you clarity and information to help you to decide if this is a career or business opportunity you would like to pursue further.
By the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of what Life Coaching is. You will learn to use tools and how to practically coach self and others. You will have learnt skills in communication, effective questioning and listening skills in relation to Life Coaching.
You will develop a progression plan leading to, for example, Higher education, Volunteering, Employment, Career change or Business start-up. Progression advice and opportunities for progression courses in Life Coaching and Teaching allow you to develop ideas for future career and business opportunities in Personal Development and Life Coaching.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
