An opportunity to learn the basics of the language as well as a bit about the culture to allow you to make the most of a future holiday in Italy. Throughout the course we will practise and apply our knowledge of simple Italian to build confidence in speaking and understanding. There will be a focus on usable phrases, with grammar introduced where it is helpful.
Note-taking materials as well as suitable device for connecting to the session and a quiet space.
This is an online course. A suitable electronic device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet access will be required. Learners will be required to download and use Zoom (free software).

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been a resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in the UK with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, Greater Manchester, Greater London, Liverpool City Region, Tees Valley, West Midlands and West of England.
