This NOCN Level 3 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance is delivered online, and will provide you with the skills and underpinning knowledge required by employers in a broad range of contexts where information, advice or guidance is provided.
This online qualification is appropriate for learners who have responsibility for information, advice or guidance as part of their core work, and for those who may be involved in general signposting. The qualifications also support work-based learning within the sector.

Research is also encouraged to support your own development and understanding of the sector and can be shared in the sessions to highlight best practice and networking.
To achieve the NOCN Level 3 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance, the learner must achieve a total of 24 credits. Two mandatory units and five optional units will will be pre-selected by the tutor.
As this course is online, a suitable device such as laptop, smart phone, tablet or computer will be required to access the course. The link for you to join the live sessions will be sent to you once your enrolment has been completed.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
