About this course

Explore where modern-day holistic therapies originated and how they have changed in the modern world.  

This course will cover a variety of holistic therapies including meditation, reiki, aromatherapy, ayurvedic medicine, crystals and chakras. 

By the end of the course, you will: 

- Recall where Meditation originated and Apply Meditation techniques. 

- Describe How the System of Reiki has changed and Explain how to use the Precepts in your daily Life. 

- Relate where Aromatherapy started and Practice working with different Oils / Fragrances. 

- Construct Ayurvedic Medicine as a Holistic Therapy and develop this into your Lifestyle. 

- Choose Basic crystal and chakra Techniques and Justify their use into your energy routine daily.

Taking a deeper look into where the Holistic Therapies started, how they have changed and how they can help with your lifestyle.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).  As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
