Have you always wanted to brighten up your garden with flowers or grow your own veg? Would you like to learn how to plant and grow different types of flowers and vegetables successfully? If so, this course for you!
This course aims to help you recognise flowers and veg, know what and when to plant with appropriate growing conditions, as well as to practice planting seeds and cuttings for different types of flowers and vegetables.
You will be able to understand planting information given on seed packets and a planting table. You will be able to correctly plant seeds in trays and cuttings in pots, as well as experiment with planting out in a range of containers. Finally you will be able to understand correct ongoing care for plants.
The course takes place partly in the Vibrant venue and continues in a practical sense in the church garden and polytunnel.
Resources required:

Please inform of any allergies and access needs.
