On this course you will learn what makes good and bad customer service.
What will we cover?
In this unit the learner will understand the consequences of good and poor customer service skills and their role when dealing with complaints from customers. Learners can develop a more ‘hands on’ approach to their learning and gain practical skills, knowledge and understanding in their chosen vocational area.
Who is the course aimed at?
The course is intended to be accessible to a wide range of learners of all abilities. No previous qualifications or experience is necessary.
How can I progress after completing the course?
Upon completion, you can progress to another unit in the Exploring Occupational Studies unit.

Course cost:
1) Free - if you earn less than £17,374.50 or are on a means-tested benefit.
2) Payment help available - if you earn more than £17,374.50 but are on a low-income, we might be able to help pay part or all of your course fees. Email: learning@inspireculture.org.uk for an application form or if you have any questions.
3) Co-funded- if you are on a higher-income, the government will pay approximately half of your course fees. The cost to you will be £60.75.
