About this course

Working with the elements Air, Water, Fire, Ether and Earth we will use these as part of meditation to support balance in life.

The course will cover each element and what they represent, introducing them in meditations each week.

By the end of the course, you will:

  • Recall the 5 elements and distinguish their different abilities
  • Identify each element and review how this deepens a meditation practice
  • Recognise how all the elements interlink to bring balance and harmony for health and wellbeing
  • Experiment with the elements to work alongside meditation
  • Locate meditations from You Tube, apps and social media for further development
