Create a range of Easter cupcakes for children and adults. This course is a beginner guide to decorating cupcakes with a selection of Easter themed toppers, including chicks, rabbits, carrots and daffodils. You will learn piping skills, using cutters and some free style modelling.
Ideal for beginners or cake decorators looking for new ideas.
By the end of the course, you will have produced a selection of Easter themed decorations to enhance any celebration cupcake or cake.
Resources required:
Packet of white fondant icing
Small non-stick board
Rolling pin to the first session
For Week 2 – a packet of readymade fairy cakes and buttercream will be needed.
Cutters, plungers, and piping nozzles will be available to use.
