About this course

Looking into the meanings behind dreams, this course will support you to start a dream journal.  

We will look at what dream journaling is and how to start to capture information, the science behind dreams and why we dream, and look at dream meanings and how to interpret them. 

By the end of the course, you will: 

- Recall Dream Journaling and capture information for your personal journey 

- Identify The Science behind dreams and review why we dream 

- Recognise dream meanings and illustrate them in your journal through words or images. 

- Investigate animal meanings and relate this to your own dream journal. 

- Interpret Spirit Guides in dreams and assess synchronicities within dreams 

This course is for anyone with an interest in Meditation and dream psychology.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).  As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
