About this course

This course is an beginners guide to learn about Spanish dishes made with fresh ingredients.  


You will learn skills and techniques to cook from scratch including how to make Spanish meatball and butterbean stew.

You will learn skills and techniques to cook from scratch including how to make Spanish meatball and butterbean stew. . 


Learn new culinary skills to enjoy with friends and family.   


What will learners achieve by the end of the course?  

• How to make Spanish meatball and butterbean stew 

• How to make Spanish chickpea salad with tuna and eggs.   

• How to make Spanish tortilla.  

• How to make Spanish pasta with tuna and tomatoes.  

• How to make Spanish paella.   


Learners will have produced a selection of Spanish dishes to share with their family or friends.

  • Ingredients each week for each dish produced- tutor will communicate.  
  • Equipment each week for each dish produced- tutor will communicate. 

Week 1- Spanish pasta with tuna and tomatoes. 

  • 1 and ½ pound tomatoes 
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons salt 
  • Water (From the kitchen)
  • 8oz conchiglie pasta
  • 3 large eggs 
  • 1 tin tuna ( 4oz) in olive oil 
  • ½ cup black olives 
  • A jar of peppers or ¼ cup capers- drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley  
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon leaves roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic (Optional)  
  • Apron 
  • Something to carry your finished dish home in
  • Note pad and pen

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
