Have you ever wanted to explore to world of Mexican cookery but don’t know where to begin? Then this is the course for you. During five hands-on sessions you’ll learn about the building blocks of Mexican inspired food from spice blends to sauces and breads. Don’t worry about the heat, you will find out how to adjust the spice levels to suit your own taste and focus on the development of simple ingredients into restaurant worthy meals.
Before you know it you’ll have created beautiful burritos, enticing enchiladas and super salsas, with lots of ideas for different combinations. Where possible we will use ingredients from regular supermarkets and local shops so your meals will be budget friendly too.
All demonstrated dishes will be plant based, however there will be the option for you to add meat to many of the things you make, if you’d like to

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
