About this course

You will learn a wonderful range of different therapies that treat a person holistically, mind, body and spirit. They work alongside traditional medicine and are not used as an alternative.

This course will explore a different range of massage techniques, Reflexology and Aromatherapy and aim to treat a person as a whole.

You will learn all about the history of each treatment and the relevant anatomy and physiology for each section.

On this course you will:

Be introduced to the principals and practices for Complementary Therapies while developing basic skills in specific techniques including reflexology and aromatherapy.
Introduction to principles and practice of complementary therapies
Anatomy and physiology
Basic massage therapy techniques
Basic aromatherapy techniques using preblended oils
Basic reflexology techniques

By the end of the course, you will:

You will be able to practice reflexology; massage and aromatherapy on family and friends using pre-blended oils.

Resources required:

2 x towels; hand sanitizer; cotton pads; massage oil or cream
