About this course

You will learn a wonderful range of different therapies that treat a person holistically, mind, body and spirit. They work alongside traditional medicine and are not used as an alternative. 


This course will explore a different range of massage techniques, Reflexology and Aromatherapy and aim to treat a person as a whole. 


You will learn all about the history of each treatment and the relevant anatomy and physiology for each section. 


On this course you will:

  • Be introduced to the principals and practices for Complementary Therapies while developing basic skills in specific techniques including reflexology and aromatherapy. 
  • Introduction to principles and practice of complementary therapies 
  • Anatomy and physiology 
  • Basic massage therapy techniques 
  • Basic aromatherapy techniques using preblended oils 
  • Basic reflexology techniques 

By the end of the course, you will: 

You will be able to practice reflexology; massage and aromatherapy on family and friends using pre-blended oils.


Resources required:

2 x towels; hand sanitizer; cotton pads; massage oil or cream

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
