Colour affects every aspect of our lives. By attending this course, you will learn how to harness the power of colour therapy to bring about positive change in your life and enhance personal health and well-being. Topics that we will look at include: the history, what colour is, the effects of colour, and how to use colour; how to conduct a colour reading using colour cards; the benefits of colour diets, and how to use colour to influence how you feel.
Throughout the course, we will explore the history of colour and its uses, how colour can affect us and how colour can enhance our personal health and well-being. From your wardrobe to your décor, to what you eat - colour surrounds us. We will consider the effects colour has on us in all these forms.
Covering Colour Psychology, use of colour in content marketing, how colour is an emotional cue, looking at primary, secondary and tertiary colours, tints and hues, shades and tones and how they can affect us and our associations differently. We will also look at how different cultures see and use colours.
