About this course

Are you looking to gift something a little different this Christmas?  This course is ideal for anyone looking for creative gift ideas for presents or hobby baker looking for new ideas.

Learn how to make a Terry’s Chocolate Orange ‘Christmas Pudding,’ bauble or pinecone, iced novelty biscuits, chocolate bark and festive themed cupcakes. Along with a demonstration of ideas for preparing chocolate truffles.

Create a selection of delicious hand-made edible treats that will be suitable for yourself or for gifting to family and friends.

By the end of the course, you will:

- Have made a selection of edible items using a range of different methods

- Know how to safely prepare food for gifting

- Have an awareness of allergens

- Have explored different ways to present your gifts

You will be advised prior to the first week and then at each session what you will need for the following week. Please bring something to take your edible items away in, an apron, a tie back for long hair, and wear sensible shoes (no flip flops please).
