Discover the poet Lord Byron’s connections to Nottinghamshire.
We will explore why, as a boy, he first came to Nottingham, and look at his strong links with Newstead, Annesley, Southwell, Newark and Hucknall. This course will take learners on a virtual tour of the locations in Nottinghamshire associated with Lord Byron. Gain a knowledge of Lord Byron’s life and how his time in Nottinghamshire shaped him.
