About this course

The aim of the course is to teach learners how to use mindful planning and productive bullet journal.  It is a practice that combines mindfulness, productivity and wellbeing ideas and it can help you find inner calm.


By attending this course, you will be able to learn how a creative bullet journal is planned and how to make it efficient and unique to your needs, covering:

  • What is bullet journaling and mindful planning?
  • Mindful planning, resources and inspiration board
  • Plan your bullet journal (future log, monthly log, weekly and daily log)
  • Creative elements of bullet journal: collections, trackers and creative accessories for your bullet journal
  • Final project: creative bullet journal, planning and creativity

Resources Required:

Preferably a dotted bullet journal, if that is not possible a note book (dotted, lined or blank) with ink proof paper, any art supplies (felt tips, colours, stickers, any other patterned paper or washi tape.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.


Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).


As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
