Are you interested in blogging? Perhaps you’d like to set up your own blog but don’t know where to start? This course will take you through the basics, from choosing the right topic and title to writing an engaging post. We’ll also look at some of the different platforms, and tackle the basic technical issues of setting up and designing a blog from an idea to a reality.
We will cover the benefits of having a blog and consider how to choose the right name and subject matter, selecting a platform or web host; and look at the differences between a free and paid-for blog. The course will also cover the basics of setting up and designing a blog and provide lots of useful resources to get your new blog online and available to the world.
