Discover Retford’s natural wonders and learn how being in nature boosts health and well-being. This one-off podcasting session introduces simple ways to immerse yourself in nature and highlights the basics of recording and sharing your experiences. No experience necessary.
In this one-off session, we’ll explore Retford’s top outdoor spots, discuss the profound impact of nature on our health and share easy, practical tips for connecting with the outdoors. Pick up ideas on creating a simple podcast—from recording basics to sharing your thoughts with the world. This session blends nature and technology to help inspire others to appreciate the natural beauty Retford has to offer.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Notebook, Smartphone (no worries if not), bring a decent photo of your favourite natural spot in Retford or the surrounding area.

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
