Whole Class Music Teaching

FREE term offer for Nottinghamshire Maintained and Academy Schools

Thanks to the continuing support of Arts Council / DfE funding Inspire Music are able to offer a free introduction to a musical instrument in school.

Our Whole Class Music Teaching first access package runs for 1 term of your choice and includes a class set of 30 instruments. These weekly lessons are a fun and practical way to develop pupils’ musical skills. Each child has their own instrument and they are taught as a whole class by an Inspire Music teacher in partnership with a class teacher. No practice between lessons is expected. Participating schools have seen improvements in pupil behaviour and attendance.

Year-long Whole Class Teaching package

The Inspire Music team have various instrument packages available depending on the age of the class taking part. Year long packages are very competitively priced and are also subsidised by Arts Council  / DfE funding. Participating schools on a year-long package get free access to Charanga Musical School digital resources for one academic year, with a wide range of interactive learning materials. Lessons and activities can be loaded on to the school’s virtual learning environment.
