Perfect for young children and their grown-ups, join robot Glitch and his best friend Shift on an adventure of self-discovery.
September brings the return of England’s largest festival of history and culture with Heritage Open Days, and Nottinghamshire Archives will once again be opening its doors for free behind-the-scenes tours.
Join us for fun and interactive Pride in our Place workshops, a new initiative funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Snap up the chance to learn heritage photography skills, plus children can take part in creative map making workshops with artist Edwina Kung. This season we’re excited to welcome back Monstrous Flesh for another film workshop. This time they will present Killjoy: Female Characters They Want Us to Hate.
Our library galleries will be adorned with fascinating exhibitions. Zoom in to fungi at the Fungi Up Close exhibition, featuring stunning images from natural history photographer Alex Hyde. Or discover the talent of local artists at the Inspire Community Open exhibition.
