Music Mark Schools Membership 2024-25

Music Mark, the UK Association for Music Education run a Schools Membership scheme which is FREE  to Nottinghamshire county based maintained or academy schools.

For 9 years our Hub have been nominating our most musically proactive schools with annual FREE annual Music Mark School membership.

Becoming a Music Mark School

Nottinghamshire schools can ONLY join the Music Mark Schools scheme through Nottinghamshire Music Hub. 

*Nominations open early September 2024*

Nottinghamshire Music Education Hub nominated schools should meet one or all of the criteria as below:

• Evidence of a willingness to engage in development conversations related to improving music provision
• Recognition of the value of music education as part of a broad and balanced curriculum
• A strategy for music in place which provides for all children

What schools receive

Membership is FREE, and for 1 academic year

Nominated schools will receive;

• A welcome pack, including Music Mark school certificate and personalised welcome letter from the Music Mark UK CEO to each nominated school
• Personal login and access to Member-Only resources and events on Music Mark website
• Publication and dissemination of the nominated schools’ success stories on the national Music Mark website and social media
• Advertisement of latest nominated school job openings, plus discount on listings on Music Mark website and social media
• Termly Music Mark updates to all nominated Schools with all the latest national and regional sector news and events
• Access for teachers to an extensive library of resources in the Music Mark members-only area
• Discounted delegate rates and priority booking for the Music Mark National Annual Conference
• Access to a range of regional and national training courses, CPD activities and meetings
• Opportunities to present at National Annual Conference
• Discounts on offers, including tickets for local music education conferences, from your area Music Hub (Nottinghamshire Music Hub)
